   FIRST MARINE SERVICE CO.,LTD. is more than 50 years old since its founding in 1965 acting as a group company of Daiichi Chuo Kisen Kaisha.

    During the course of our business continuation, despite experiencing a few times of shipping recessions, we have overcome its adversity and marked sound growthresponding to requirements of our customers' needs under the corporate mottoes of "SAFETY, STEADY AND QUICK RESPONSE" by placing top priority on ship management.

    We have been continuing a further business expansion on ship management service together with supervising for new ship building, crew manning, purchasing,
shipbuilding equipments and materials, ship's store and parts, lubricating oil, and general consuming goods.

    Shipping Industry is playing a very important role on great deal of goods trans-port under scarce natural resources in Japan which can be called the lifeline for our country's development.
    It is a great pleasure for our company to assist and contribute a part of development of Shipping Industry through ship management service by which we are working feeling with pride and responsibility.

Established Daiichi Chuo Hakuyo Sobi Co., Ltd. in Osaka as a subsidiary of Daiichi Chuo Kisen Kaisha, also commenced sales and processing of ship's equipment and stores.

Renamed as First Marine Service Co., Ltd., having head office move to Tokyo, and commenced total general ship management services.

Increased capital to 150 million yen.
